At ObjectKart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 7-day Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect product delivery.

❗ Returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account after confirmation.

4. Exchange Process

  • In case of sizing issues or incorrect product received, we offer free exchange within the 7-day window.

  • The new item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
