1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.

A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect product delivery.
❗ Returns without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made to your bank account after confirmation.
4. Exchange Process

In case of sizing issues or incorrect product received, we offer free exchange within the 7-day window.

The new item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
